The Hubbard Woods PTO involves parents and teachers working together on behalf of the school and its students.  Parent volunteers help create a strong sense of community, provide support to our teachers and staff, and sponsor programs and activities that enrich our children’s educational experience.

This website highlights the work of the PTO with the aim of helping parents navigate their time at the school and feel connected to the school community.

Field Day Payment Page 

Hubbard Woods Field Day!

Wednesday May 31st (rain or shine)

Field Day is an exciting tradition at Hubbard Woods School.  Students from different grade levels are mixed together and placed on teams: Red, White, or Blue. Students compete for their teams in fun-filled activities such as water balloon toss, soccer dribble and trivia.  On Field Day, students are encouraged to wear their team color.  

Team assignments will be communicated a few days prior to the event.    

Ordering the official HW Field day t-shirt is optional for a cost of $8.    

PTO will know of team assignments in advance and will order the correct color for you child.    

Kindergartners do not participate in Field Day; however, they may purchase t-shirts. Kindergartners and adults who wish to purchase a t-shirt will receive a white t-shirt.

Ordering deadline is Tuesday May 2nd  (5pm)
